I love the sketch that one can see softly showing here and there through the paint layers. This is very soft painting, I am not sure if it is intentional but it seems like a portrait of the old guy with glasses and beard staring at nothingness.

i almost forgot about this somehow. this is amazing and should be a DD. its very rare to find something so inspiring on here. i think of so many things when i see this. its like a scene from a dream about.. i'm not sure. simply wow. definatley a favorite of mine

It's so gorgeous. I love the colors, the lines. It's just fantastic. I can certainly appreciate this not only for the aesthetic value, but because I perfer oil paints over any other paint and I can see the technical skill involved. It's wonderful. Makes me want to go paint something. =P
